Tourism Industry Association of Alberta (TIAA) - Annual General Meeting 2025

The AGM presents an opportunity for Full Members:

1. To receive the association’s 2024 audited financial statements
2. To approve the auditor for the association’s 2025 financial statements
3. To conduct an election to fill the Board Member Destination sector seat (Destination Management & Marketing Organizations)
4. To conduct an election to fill the Board Member Accommodation sector seat
5. To approve the TIAA Board of Directors Slate
6. To transact any such other business that is brought before the meeting that is consistent with the aims of an Annual General Meeting

In the weeks to follow, you can expect to receive additional agenda details and a Zoom meeting link. You must be a member in good standing to attend. “In good standing” are organizations that have been approved as members by the Board of Directors, paid their annual membership fees in full, and whose membership is not suspended.
