 Incentive Travel sector seat To approve the TIAA Board of Directors Slate 
 To transact any such other business that is brought before the meeting 
 that is consistent with the aims of an Annual General Meeting In the weeks
  to follow\, you can expect to receive additional agenda details and a 
 Zoom meeting link. You must be a member in good standing to attend. 
 &ldquo\;In good standing&rdquo\; are organizations that have been approved
  as members by the Board of Directors\, paid their annual membership fees 
 in full by June 17\,2026\, and whose membership is not suspended. Notice
